I wanted to make a plush question block as a baby gift for a friend who’s a Super Mario fan.
At first I ordered someone else’s design on Spoonflower, but there wasn’t enough seam allowance around the squares to sew the block together. So I designed a fabric expressly for making the blocks.
I added a rattle insert and it turned out pretty perfect, if I do say so myself.
Question block cut & sew is now available in my Spoonflower shop. Each fat quarter of minky has enough squares for four blocks.
