Another new old (or old new) fabric design that I never got around to blogging: Bonbon Bonanza, which I designed for Spoonflower’s sweets scatter print contest.
As usual, I started off making sketches:
And then based on the sketches, I drew up the bonbons in Adobe Fireworks. The final fabric turned out pretty well, I think. The bonbons aren’t too tiny, maybe about the size of a thumbnail. So good for zippered pouches or an apron, and maybe the lining of large bag but not a small one. I was thinking of making snack sacks out of my yard.
Bonbon Bonanza is available in my Spoonflower shop.
